In movies like The Invisible Woman or The Amazing Spider-Man 2 The Amazing Spider-Man 2, she became popular for her performances. The role she played for the character of The Theory of Everything earned her an Oscar nomination for her first time. Jones was Stephen Hawking's second wife this biopic, received lots of praise from critics and people who watched for how she portrayed her. Inferno is a Tom Hanks-starring thriller. Jones was named British Artist of Year 2016 by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles for her exceptional talent and contributions in film.
