Dwayne was the founder pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he was ordained in 2007. In addition, he serves as director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is committed to educating the next generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the Board Director's of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous articles on the internet and the author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Redefining Lives by God's Unchangeable Reality (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three kids.
